Melissa Perri is the CEO of Produx Labs, a Product Management training organization, and the author of “Escaping the Build Trap.” In 2019, she was appointed to the faculty of Harvard Business School to teach Product Management in the MBA program.
Melissa believes the key to creating great products is growing great product leaders. Committed to that mission, she created two online schools: Product Institute, where she has shared her scientific approach to Product Management with over 3500 students, and The CPO Accelerator, which specializes in growing product leaders into Chief Product Officers.
As a board advisor and member, Melissa works with executives worldwide to set up their product organizations and create product strategies for growth. She is currently a board member of Forsta, the leading market research and customer insights platform. Previously, Melissa has consulted with executives from organizations around the world to set up their product organizations, advise on product strategy, and train leaders and team members.

Joshua began his career as a professional programmer on Wall Street while still in university. In 1996, he founded Industrial Logic (http://industriallogic.com) to share the “light and magic” of software development. During the late 1990s, Industrial Logic helped pioneer lightweight software methods and today is considered one of the oldest and most well respected agile consultancies in the world. Joshua and his global team of experts love to help people and teams leverage agility in software engineering and product management.
He and his colleagues have helped organizations including Google, GE, John Deere, Nielsen and Ford grow high-performance teams that deliver better outcomes sooner. He holds zero agile certifications yet continues to improve his agility. Joshua is an international speaker, and author of the bestselling and award-winning book Refactoring to Patterns , as well as his forthcoming book, Joy of Agility .
