Payment Methods

Agile2022 accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as wire transfer.

All regular cancellations must be received in writing by email no later than July 1, 2022, at 5:00 pm EDT. A $150 processing fee will be incurred. Cancellations made after the deadline of July 1, 2022, at 5:00 pm EDT as well as “no-shows” are liable for the full registration fee.

If you need to cancel because of COVID-19 issues immediately prior to the event, please contact registration@agilealliance.org with your request. We will make every effort to accommodate.

Substitutions from the same organization are welcome with no additional fee as long as the substitute qualifies for the same type of registration (member/non-member/academic). If the substitute attendee does not qualify for your rate, an additional fee may be required. For more information on how to substitute please refer to our FAQs.

No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.

Agile Alliance reserves the right to cancel the event or substitute speakers. In the unlikely event that Agile Alliance should have to cancel the Agile2022 conference, attendees will be refunded for the amount paid for the conference.

Registration ticket fees are charged based on the Agile Alliance Account status at the time of purchase. No refunds will be given should the status of your account change after purchase, including individual tickets and groups.
