He has written the bestselling book “The Power of Scrum”, together with Jeff Sutherland. After some 10 years of Agile in the trenches, he has become a prominent Agile Management Consultant.
Scaling Agile is one of his many specialties, along with behavioral change, leadership coaching, lean thinking, and accelerating innovation. Most recently, Eelco has explored how biology lines up with the Agile Mindset.
