Over the past 25 years of helping organizations and teams, i have seen many great teams, and also quite some “meh” teams. If we want to move to a next stage of sustainable innovation and team performance, we need to get the average up. This has more to do with understanding teams and the surrounding atmosphere than with processes and tools. This talk will take you into the realm of real agile teams with a shared philosophy. “Agile is a mindset” is complacently “meh”, we need to take things further!
