Stuart started his career delivering IT and digital programmes for a number of large or global organisations (ASDA / Walmart, NHS, Premier Farnell, William Hill) and has been an advocate of agile delivery practices since 2005.
Stuart is the ‘Chief for Delivery’ at AND Digital where he leads their practice evolution across Delivery, Product, and Experience Design. Stuart also leads AND Digital’s ‘Upskilling @ Scale’ programme that is working to ‘close the digital skills gap’ and upskill 200K people by 2025
Stuart lives with his family in Reading Berkshire where he is the co-founder of the ‘Agile Reading’ meet-up group. Stuart is a coach and semi-retired player at his local rugby club and is a lifelong Leicester Tigers fan.
