Below are some of most frequently asked questions

As a sponsor you are provided with an All Access Pass. This allows you to engage in all sessions, keynotes, networking events and social activities.

You will have access to sessions live and On Demand after the conference ends for 60 days.  Recorded sessions becoming 'On Demand' 24-hours after they have ended. All sessions are recorded with the exception of Workshops.

We believe in allowing attendees to explore the platform on their time and in their own way. Because of that, we do not require sponsors to sit in front of their computers waiting for someone to talk to them.

Instead, the marketplace acts as an information stand where attendees can come and learn more about your organization. Their interaction in your space is tracked so you can follow up with them after the conference.

Attendees who want to meet with you can request meetings with one of your representatives in the space. See more under sponsor marketplace.

Sponsors are encouraged to take part in all aspects of Agile2021. Some of the ways to meet with attendees are:

  • Book meetings with attendees! Sponsors can search the 'Registrant Directory' found under Meetings tab and request meetings with attendees by using one (or more) of the search features which allows for targeted search;
    • Name
    • Job Title
    • Job Role
    • Company
    • Country
    • Industry
  • Visit the Agile Alliance Lounge located in the CONNECT page!  This is an informal way to meet people - similar to the hallways conversations during breaks and after sessions at an in person conference.
    • Turn your camera on and microphone, once inside the lounge, move from room to room to meet more people
  • The Agile Alliance Lounge is set to open July 18th
  • Don't forget you can always engage in the chat widget during conference sessions

Yes, under the Meetings> Directory tab. You can search for attendees to meet with based on Name, Company, Country, Job Title.

The attendee must accept the meeting for it to be confirmed. More information can be found in the video below.

The conference platform requires us to ground the events in 1 time zone in order to convert time zones. In this case the base is CDT. The meeting request tool will show your time zone first followed by the time in CDT. See image below to explain.
