Who is Heidi?

Accomplished Board member, advisor, C-suite executive, author, and speaker. My primary purpose is to serve others.

My fundamental beliefs are people are more important than technology; THE core leadership discipline is the ability and willingness to ask for help; intelligence lies in our collective intelligence; and anything is possible.

It is these beliefs that compel me to continue to rumble with vulnerability, live into my values, and brave trust - all in the spirit of rising and helping others thrive as we explore fundamentally different ways of working, thinking, and being.

The spiritual truth about change is that it’s not what happens to you, it’s what you do with it. It’s also really, really hard. The ultimate question is, are you willing to embrace change and serve others? I am, because I fervently believe that modern business demands modern ways of working and we are all in this together.
