Mile High Agile 2025 takes place on Sunday, July 27, the day before Agile2025 kicks off. You may choose to attend both Agile2025 and Mile High Agile, or just one of the conferences as part of your registration. Registration will open soon for Agile Coach Camp Worldwide, which takes place on the two days following Agile2025.

Full-time faculty members, students, or staff of a college or university are eligible for a discounted registration. To be eligible for the Academic Registration Rate, you must provide proof of full-time status below. Please contact us with any questions.
To register at this discounted rate, you must use your official government department or agency email address to prove your eligibility.

Refunds & Cancellations »
All cancellations must be received by email no later than July 1, 2025 at 5:00 pm EDT. A $150 processing fee will be incurred. Cancellations made after the deadline, as well as “no-shows” are liable for the full registration fee as our food & beverage guarantees to the hotel are due 30-days in advance. Cancellations made after the deadline of July 31, 2025, at 5:00 pm EDT as well as “no-shows” are liable for the full registration fee.
No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.
Agile Alliance reserves the right to cancel the event or substitute speakers. In the unlikely event that Agile Alliance should have to cancel the Agile2025 conference, attendees will be refunded for the amount paid for the conference.
Substitutions »
Substitutions from the same organization are welcome with no additional fee if the substitute qualifies for the same type of registration (member/regular/academic). If the substitute attendee does not qualify for your rate, an additional fee may be incurred. For more information on how to substitute registration please refer to our FAQs.
