Talk/Workshop: Claim your Uniqueness - How to stand out from all those agile coaches

Jesse Fewell & Anu Smalley

With over 250,000 agile coaches working today, many executives are asking how to choose the right one. Even if you are more qualified than half of them, that is still a LOT of competition. Then if you got the job, your message is still clouded by all the other voices in the organization. When we all have similar certifications and use similar techniques, how do we stand out?

In this hands-on session, you will get both insights into and practice on claiming your unique and distinct brand as a change agent. From defying stereotypes to finding your niche, you will learn which approaches set you apart, so that you get hired, and get heard.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

  • How to defy agile coach stereotypes
  • How to choose a niche
  • How to gain differentiating expertise
  • How to articulate and broadcast your unique skill
