Nowadays you can't open a newspaper without reading something about ‘trans and non-binary people’. For many of us it is still difficult to grasp that there is more than just the binary boxes man and woman. Gender diversity is a spectrum with an – in principle - infinite number of gender identities, which are truly an enrichment for society and for diverse agile teams, if recognized, acknowledged and respected.
