Gene has spent 25+ years leading the development of technology and solutions, primarily in oil and gas exploration, but also in healthcare, transportation, and many other industries. Since 2007, he has been leading, teaching and coaching teams in agile approaches and guiding teams and organizations in their agile evolution. Gene is a co-founder of Agile Earth, an organization that is focused on helping individuals and organizations achieve greater agility and effectiveness in their business and knowledge processes through pragmatic, evolutionary change.
