Mauricio Robles is a Certified Team Coach (CTC) with over 20 years of experience in Project Management and Agile Coaching.He has worked with teams in a wide variety of activities, such as software development, customer service, financial operations, and accounting, in Mexico, Costa Rica, the United States, Colombia, Argentina, Singapore, and India.

He has worked for Fortune 100 companies, where he implemented Agile values and principles and partnered with leadership to support the change. He used a strategy based on process optimization, feedback, and continuous improvement.

His volunteer work has given him the opportunity to collaborate in the development of tools and services for Agile Coaches. He has also been involved in the development of the Agile Coaching profession through the Agile Coaching Growth Wheel, which explores the competencies required for Agile Coaches to grow.

Mauricio is passionate about building community and co-created the Agile Coaching Circles LATAM Meetup group, which delivers regular talks and workshops in Agile Coaching for the Latin American community.
