Name
Stop Measuring Team Maturity and Start Supporting Team Wellbeing
Description
Learn why supporting a team's wellbeing is better than measuring their maturity and how to use the "Team Mixing Board" to accomplish this. The Team Mixing Board is an interactive tool that teams use to evaluate themselves in four categories, ranked by priority, 1) People and Teams 2) Product and Value 3) Process, Events, Artifacts 4) Tools Those inputs are then shared back with the team and used to identify and action on improvement activities that the team agrees would have the most impact on their wellbeing. The resulting plan feeds future team retrospectives and engages leaders as partners and advocates for the teams they support.
