Technology is people. People who are technologists and engineers help other people solve problems using tools that most people don't know how to use. As an agility, technical, and product coach, I feel privileged to help those people work more collaboratively, with greater adaptability, quality, and discipline in order to create better solutions faster and more efficiently.

I've got a background in theater, a passion for people, and a drive to improve things however I can. On any given day you might find me using improvisation games to help teams collaborate and communicate, reading or playing games with my kids, or taking time to (possibly learn to) repair, build, or do anything that needs doing.
