After 6 of years of Project-to-Product transformation practitioner at two Fortune 125 companies, Pete founded a Business Agility consulting practice for Turnberry Solutions. He now leads a team of 150 Agile & Product professionals focused on creating practical solutions to the industry's most common, and difficult, problems.

He is framework agnostic, and values-stubborn - focusing on helping organizations embrace new ways of thinking before diving into the tactics associated with new ways of working. He's passionate about driving community around product concepts and currently serves as the organizer for ProductTank Twin Cities.
