Savita is an Agile Coach, Trainer and Mentor. She has versatile experience working with start-ups and big financial organizations in distributed and multi-cultural environments.

Her coaching horizon covers team and leadership coaching. Her vision is to help individuals and teams in unlocking their potential to learn, thrive and deliver results. She also provides mentoring in Agile Coaching and CTC/CEC certification.

She is an explorer, which makes her curious to try new ways to improve the client's work. She lives her life based on the quote: "The gladdest moment in my life is a departure into unknown lands."

She is a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified Team Coach (CTC), Associate Certified Coach (ICF-ACC) and co-author of the book "Distributed Agile Framework". She has a Master's degree in Management and Computer Science.
