Viktoria Stray is an associate professor of software engineering and a group leader at the University of Oslo. She also holds a senior research position at SINTEF. Her research interests include agile methods, coordination, global software engineering, software testing, and large-scale development. Stray received a PhD in software engineering from the University of Oslo in 2014. She has previously worked for Accenture in one of Norway's largest software development projects.
