Rob is the Director of Agile-Lean at intive, an IT professional services company where he focuses on building and maintaining high-performance teams both within intive and for our clients. As part of that work he is completing doctoral studies with University of Limerick where he is researching scaling Agile systems with stable queueing systems. He is a passionate advocate of visualising work through information radiators and getting work done using cross-functional teams. He is cofounder of the Agile-Lean Ireland meetup and conference.
