I am an Agile Coach, Consultant and Trainer. I am a believer and practitioner of Agile Philosophy over Methodology. This is the mindset I try to spread to my clients and companies I work with. I have been working with agility for more than 8 years. In the past I had my own consultancy company, working with efficiency, Lean and Agile topics. Then founded my tech-startup, failed with it, moved to a corporate sector (banking industry) for few years. Have been working with Fintech companies quite a lot (currently working with one of the largest FinTech companies in Nordics - Vipps MobilePay)
Throughout all of my journey I saw very different companies applying Agile (from classical IT, to completely IT unrelated, from very small to very large), which helped me to build an all-around understanding of this mindset. Now I love to spread and share this knowledge with everyone around.
