Dave Snowden will speak on the ecosystem aspects of leadership and team formation in Agile. He’ll share the importance of leadership being context aware and the use of appropriate methods and multiple methods depending on circumstance. Opening for our Agile conference, he will explain that neither the word ‘Transformation’, nor ‘Mindset’ should be used when improving leadership in organisations.
