If you can’t learn how to ride a bike from a book, why do we think we can learn complex things like Agile from coaching? We believe we need to experience what we want to learn. LEGO simulations & gamification are the perfect tools to create an engaging, safe and fun environment. We take the notoriously difficult-to-grasp Cynefin framework and make you internalise it using experiential learning. On top of that, we will experience Flow and bottlenecks related to the Theory of Constraints. We will experiment with complexity and simulate a small hackathon to introduce the innovative advantages of Chaos. Impossible in 90 Minutes? Not with LEGO Simulations.
