Description
While Agile has been widely adopted and accepted for development and delivery in many industries, software development using agile proved to be potentially viable. On my journey of adopting agile practices for software development made me believe more in it. I experienced enhanced collaboration, quick identification and removal of impediments and an activated team that started thinking with the customers, like the customers. However, in this experience report, I would like to focus on the differences and challenges I faced when the product that is developed is a software driven hardware product, the dynamics that revolved around the teams and the lessons we learnt along the way.
