Description

Join us at the Climate and Agility Workshop for an unforgettable experience that will inspire you to take action towards a more sustainable future. This two-part workshop explores the connection between agility and sustainability and how the agile community can accelerate sustainable practices to move to a greener future. In part one, we will delve into the author's journey towards a greener lifestyle, sharing lessons learned, successes, and the role of agile thinking in making positive changes. You will laugh, reflect, and develop new insights on adopting a more sustainable lifestyle. Part two takes a closer look at the role of businesses in combating climate change and the importance of sustainable practices. We will explore how companies can leverage agility to positively impact the environment and how the agile community has a crucial role to play. Using the United Nations' sustainable development goals and the Digital4Sustainability as our guiding principles, we will investigate how companies can help tackle climate change with greater impact. By the end of the workshop, each attendee will have a clearer understanding of how they can make a difference in their personal and professional life. You will leave with a mini action plan for making a positive impact, using agility as a foundation for sustainable change. The workshop is designed for anyone who wants to make a difference, including Agile coaches, Agile practitioners, business leaders, and sustainability enthusiasts.
