Description

Humans are wired for storytelling. There are stories that can be traced back to 40000 years ago. We understand our reality through stories and we just love a captivating story. But stories work also the other way around. Instead of telling what happened, we can imagine through stories and create a common understanding with shared stories. Storytelling is a valuable tool for any coach or change agent. Stories expose our subconscious thoughts and impact our thinking on a very deep level. Stories do not happen, they are created. In this talk I will cover the theory behind Storytelling in business context and shows several possible structures that we can use in our stories about change. Finally, I will share real-life examples about Storytelling was used in workshops.
