Markus Silpala has been eating the Agile dog food since 2004, serving as developer, then coach, and then some blend of the two. He has passion for learning and doing cool things, for teaching and sharing about them, and for continuously iterating on their improvement. In addition to enjoying his work, his family, their cats, and the neighborhood lake, Markus delights in occupying crossroads—whether between dev and ops; business and community; or even technology and interpersonal counseling. Although effusive when driven by a purpose, he wields small-talking skills which rank well below average.
