Agile Games Lab – Magnetic Backlogs & Product Gravity
Description

Games That Attract Alignment & Pull Value Forward

Products don’t build themselves—and sometimes, neither do teams. In this final session, we’ll use physics-inspired play to explore the forces that shape product discovery and delivery.

  • In Silly Stories, you'll laugh (and cringe) your way through user story formation—learning why clarity matters and how structure unlocks value.
  • In Draw Your Visions, you’ll illustrate shared goals, exploring how a strong vision exerts gravitational pull that aligns priorities and decisions.
  • Plus: bonus mini-games that explore product ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and iterative delivery with joyful precision.

This session is built for product people, designers, and anyone helping teams orbit around what really matters.

Agile Games Lab – Day 1: Momentum Mechanics

Play for Teaching, Transforming, and Solving Agile Challenges

In the final day of the Agile Games Lab, we take everything we’ve experimented with and put it into motion. Momentum Mechanics is where theory accelerates into action. Today’s focus is on teaching through play—whether you're designing a custom learning experience, teaching Agile systems thinking, or helping teams build better products through interactive discovery.

With physics as our metaphorical playground, we'll explore the forces that shape team learning, the inertia that holds us back, and the momentum that drives meaningful change. You’ll leave with games you can use, design skills you can build on, and the confidence to use play as a tool for real transformation.
