We'll kick things off with a guide to demystifying conference speaking. From writing and submitting proposals, through preparing and presenting, attendees will get some practical tips for navigating the entire process.

After that, we're excited to introduce three incredible debut speakers who'll show you exactly why fresh perspectives matter so much in our field. Our Launching New Voices program, now in its 9th year, features speakers who are new to the conference stage.  The program has been designed specifically to increase speaking opportunities for women in agile by making a space available on stage, and a supportive audience to hear their message.

Our session is designed to be both educational and motivational, sharing tools attendees can use and examples that inspire them.  Whether you're ready to submit your first proposal or simply curious about what courage sounds like from the stage, this session will show you that every expert was once a beginner - and every new idea started with someone brave enough to speak up.
