Name
Agile Games Lab – Distillation Lab: Product Box Remix
Description

A hands-on game for learning synthesis and product discovery

We close the Agile Games Lab with a high-energy session that turns reflection into creation. Using the classic Product Box game, you’ll craft a tangible artifact that captures your biggest takeaways from the conference—blending insight, imagination, and a bit of creative chemistry. This versatile game isn’t just for end-of-day reflection. It’s a powerful tool you can use with your teams to explore customer needs, align around product vision, and integrate learning after workshops, retros, or releases. You’ll leave with a fresh way to package big ideas—and the formula to run the experiment yourself.

Day 3: Learning Reactions

From Discovery to Application: Bottling the Breakthroughs
On Day 3 of the Agile Games Lab, it’s time to shift from experimentation to extraction—distilling the knowledge, insights, and creative energy of the week into something usable, repeatable, and ready to apply. Today is all about synthesis, transformation, and practical magic—the final reactions that make learning stick.

You’ll start the day by designing your own takeaway in the Distillation Lab, using the Product Box game to crystallize what you’ve learned and how you’ll use it. Along the way, a Guest Catalyst may drop into the lab—adding new energy and unpredictable reactions through a surprise interactive session. And to close it all out, Rapid Reactions delivers a final burst of kinetic learning with a fast-paced mashup of mini-games you can take straight back to your teams.

Whether you came to explore, experiment, or energize your practice, Day 3 helps you bottle the breakthroughs—and leave the lab ready to spark change.
