Name
Agile Games Lab – Code Constructs: Lego Engineering for Agile Minds
Description

Featuring: Lego Pair Programming & Lego Continuous Integration

This session brings Agile technical practices to life—no laptop required. Using Lego bricks and Agile roles, teams will simulate the rhythm of pair programming, the cadence of integration, and the cost of broken builds. It’s fun, fast-paced, and full of insight into what makes good engineering habits stick.

You'll leave with practical techniques for teaching Agile technical concepts to developers, leaders, and stakeholders in a hands-on, high-retention format. It’s engineering education—by way of mad science and colorful plastic.

Day 2: Structural Integrity

Experiments in Complexity, Code, and Coaching—One Brick at a Time

Day 2 of the Agile Games Lab drops us into the world of physical thinking and 3D discovery with a single guiding principle: build to learn. In Structural Integrity, we use the humble Lego brick as a tool of exploration—engineering deeper understanding of complex systems, Agile technical practices, and the power of coaching through metaphor.

You won’t just talk about complexity—you’ll feel it in your hands. You won’t just explain continuous integration—you’ll build it from scratch. And you won’t just reflect—you’ll construct insight, layer by layer. This is a day of experimentation, imagination, and structured play designed for systems thinkers, Agile engineers, and coaching chemists alike.
