Agile Games Lab – The Game Accelerator: Matching Problems to Play
Description

Friction → Function

Have a sticky team problem? A topic you wish you could teach in a more memorable way? Bring it into the lab. In The Game Accelerator, you’ll work with facilitators and fellow participants to either match your challenge to an existing game or prototype a new one tailored to your context.

Whether your issue is cultural, technical, or process-oriented, we’ll help you find or build a playful approach that aligns with your goal—and accelerates your ability to address it. This session is a high-energy mix of design thinking, facilitation coaching, and game discovery that’s ideal for Agile coaches, Scrum Masters, educators, and team leaders.

Agile Games Lab – Day 1: Momentum Mechanics

Play for Teaching, Transforming, and Solving Agile Challenges

In the final day of the Agile Games Lab, we take everything we’ve experimented with and put it into motion. Momentum Mechanics is where theory accelerates into action. Today’s focus is on teaching through play—whether you're designing a custom learning experience, teaching Agile systems thinking, or helping teams build better products through interactive discovery.

With physics as our metaphorical playground, we'll explore the forces that shape team learning, the inertia that holds us back, and the momentum that drives meaningful change. You’ll leave with games you can use, design skills you can build on, and the confidence to use play as a tool for real transformation.
