Understand the customer’s pain points, vision, and goals. Translate these into a big picture and actionable items for our hackathon.
Work in the early sessions will likely be using things like: discovery trees, customer journey map(s), opportunity mapping, story mapping etc, and, of course, coding! We will work on the challenge from multiple aspects, including product management and design.
In parallel, we will offer a Mob Programming workshop, as this is one of the ways of collaborating that we will be leveraging during the hackathon.
