Some agile transformations succeeded. Many wallowed, wobbled, and ultimately failed to achieve the desired outcomes._x000D_ _x000D_ There are as many reasons as there are companies. Yet, there are some common threads that we can learn from. _x000D_ _x000D_ I this talk I'll share how common practices and predictable human foibles contributed to disappointing results. Once we recognize these patterns, we can be better equipped to avoid them.
