Heda is a Senior Director at UST leading their global agile practice. He is an agile enthusiast and has led large-scale agile transformations for over 15 years. Throughout his career, Raj has worked with senior leaders and executives in a wide range of industries including healthcare, entertainment, financial services, retail, automotive, etc.
His work has involved agile transformation, organization design, change management, value stream mapping, developing product roadmap, KPIs, DevOps, operating model, governance model, and Clevel leadership coaching.
Raj is a co-author of Agile Project Management (2009) and Risk Management (2013), has published 13 patents, and is an adjunct professor at Boston University and Brandeis University.
