For the last 21 years, my primary purpose has been to bridge the valley between ‘imagining a potential reality’ and ‘those ideas benefiting humanity’. Because as we journey together into the unknown and complex future, we need to benefit from all our great ideas.

My current focused is on understanding how leadership make ideas a reality and have pursued the sub-purpose of identifying how to foster an environment that allows us to reach our leadership potential.
