Using Agile Principles for improving Gender Inclusion in Tech
Faiza Yousuf

Agile Principles can be used for all different kinds of projects, and my team and I used them for building a coding boot camp for girls in Pakistan. We bootstrapped the whole program and did what we could to ensure we get the most out of every dollar we spent and also constantly collect data for continuous improvement.
