Description
                                    A common problem for scrum teams is user stories that are too big. When a user story is too big, it is harder to understand, estimate, and implement successfully. This experiential session will give you hands-on experience with 4 simple, yet powerful techniques to break big stories into smaller stories that are meaningful to stakeholders and deliver business value.
This session will NOT be recorded. Attendance is first come, first serve.
