Name
Fear Not: What to do When the World of Work is Scary
Laisa Drake
Description

The world of work can be a scary place. From the perils of the status quo, to changing the ways we work, to being engulfed by volatility, we often have good reasons to be afraid in the workplace. To make matters worse, negative emotions often breed other negative emotions. In this workshop, we learn a healthier way to cope with our workplace fears: by tackling them first before we do anything else. When we can do that, our focus, energy, and full potential are unleashed.

This session will NOT be recorded. Attendance is first come, first serve.
