Kristen Belcher is a software developer-turned-coach and focuses on untangling the “messy middle” in evolving organizations. She’s worked on enterprise applications big and small, has Scrum Mastered multiple teams, rolled out SAFe, and even been part of an Agile PMO, among other terrifying career highlights. Kristen has a penchant for stickies & Sharpies, loves liberating structures, and practices learning out loud wherever she can. When she’s not saving the world (one retrospective at a time!), you can most likely find Kristen reading, writing, or planning her next adventure. An avid sand volleyball player and mom of 4 humans and one rescue puppy, she stays busy during all 4 seasons in Michigan (USA), where she lives with her family.
