Sustainability is not only a vital goal for the well-being of our planet, but also a key factor for the success of every company in attracting and retaining customers and talent. However, many agile teams are unaware of how they can contribute to sustainability and what impact their work has on the environmental, social, economic, and holistic dimensions. In this talk, we will share the current state of sustainability in agile teams based on the data collected from the Agile Sustainability assessment, a tool that helps teams to assess their sustainability practices and identify areas for improvement. We will also provide concrete examples and guidance on how to move from ambition to action on sustainability, by embedding it into work activities and creating a positive and manageable effect.”
