With over 15 years the serving the Federal Government sector and 25+ years leadership experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industries, Teri Musick possesses a wide range of experience providing leadership, Agile expertise, program account management and project delivery, as well as implementing end-to-end business technology solutions.

She is the Director of the ETP Value Management Office and a strategic advisor for the CGI Federal Agile Center of Excellence. Teri provides organization agility consulting and solution architecture guidance throughout all organizational levels, from enterprise leadership to agile teams. She educates colleagues, mentors Agile professionals, and develops agile operating models and strategies for clients. She specializes in Agile contracting approaches for the US Federal Government space and works directly with clients to translate traditional PMI contracting and project mgmt. approaches to Agile Value Delivery. Teri’s approach to leadership is people and culture focused.
