Over a history filled with disparate fields of interest, building partnerships and co-creation have been my strongest assets. I believe that relationships are the fundamental building blocks of any successful organization or endeavour. As a result, I am passionate about engaging with all stakeholders and voices. Together we can build strong communities and company cultures, allowing new, alignment-driven possibilities to emerge.

While I see value in content-driven approaches to team development, I primarily focus on tools that help teams help themselves (read: coaching and facilitation over mentoring and training). I believe this unlocks the deep wisdom that takes people and projects from 'status-quo' to 'life-changing'.
