Jameyel "J. Dash" Johnson is a multi-platinum rapper, songwriter, producer, engineer. He also holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Florida. Although having already amassed an impressive collection of material over the years, J. Dash's pulse-pounding dance sensation, "WOP" recently went double-platinum. He founded SlapDash Productions in 2011; a boutique firm specializing in music production/licensing for TV & film. His clients include Netflix, FOX, ABC, The CW, TNT, the San Antonio Spurs and more! He currently lives in Austin, TX where he is the Director of Innovation and Front End Architecture for Everly Health, a national advocate for music education with the NAMM Foundation and an active board member for the Long Center for the Performing Arts.
