We’ll delve into sophisticated scenarios like Magic Maze, Lego CI, Testing Jenga and more. We’ll help you experiment with using Agile Games for dealing with “elephants in the room” (fear, conflict, team dysfunctions). Again, we’ll be playing and debriefing to extract deeper lessons and best practices.
