Name
Group Discovery and Ideation that is Outside-the-box and Gets Stuff Done
Description
Have you or your team ever been challenged to develop an "outside-the-box" idea, and when you present the design, you hear, "Well, that's not outside-the-box enough."   I know I have, and through those experiences -- I've sought out techniques and practices that break us free of any box. In this session, you'll learn four discovery techniques that, when pieced together, help teams and their customers work together to come up with some truly wild and great ideas.  In addition to learning about these discovery tools, we'll also explore the steps to create a discovery workshop, and, who knows, together, we may discover a great solution to a really common problem. This session is for all levels and all roles of people working on product teams. Leaving this session, you'll have valuable resources and references to try with your teams.
