Who Killed the Product? A Murder Mystery!
Description

When product delivery goes wrong, there are always plenty of suspects. Was it the lazy developers who couldn’t get their code done on time? Or the shifty Product Owner, who kept changing priorities? Maybe it was the distracted CEO, although this far from the golf course, how would we know…? It’s all too easy to start hunting for the perpetrators, and in the meantime the real victims are our clients and – before too long – our organization. Business Agility is not about blame: it’s about bringing people together, finding ways to understand the reality of where we are, and moving forward together with a sense of purpose and the ability to deal with whatever lies ahead. In this workshop everybody will have the chance to play the role of detective and suspect. You will be first on the scene of a high-profile business initiative which has gone tragically wrong. Using your skills as a Business Agility sleuth, you will work out what can be done to get things back on track – without adding to the body count... Whether you’re a Product Poirot, a Minimum Viable Marples, or a Scrum Sherlock, this is a fun and interactive session based on real-world experiences in high performing global enterprises. It encourages personal and group reflection and provides advice for proven techniques on how to bring collaboration, shared understanding, and bold innovative thinking to organizational transformation and product development. Do you dare to accept the case??
