Michael Silvi is a Principal Engineer and the Director of Delivery at Stride. He’s helped dozens of large and small companies build successful products, bring new ideas to market, and scale organizational transformation.

Michael blends his appreciation of theory with hands-on practice while fostering safe environments for teams to experiment with practices with a keen focus on coaching and practicing continuous improvement to build better systems. He’s currently reading Mapping Experiences by Jim Kalbach and is exploring ways to use maps to generate insights for his clients.

Michael is a first-time speaker at Agile 2023 and looks forward to sharing his experiences with hiring people for agile teams!
