She helps organizations all over the world to develop high-performing teams so that they can accelerate delivery of value to customers. She is passionate about fostering continuous improvement through listening, learning, collaborating, and building alignment. Sally recently moved from Colorado to Scotland and works with leaders and teams around the world as a coach, mentor, and trainer.
