Hi! I'm Carlos, a Solutions Engineer at VMware Tanzu.

My mission is to make production fun for everyone through building awesome engineering teams, designing human-friendly application platforms, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and experimentation.

I've used my 15+ years of systems administration and software engineering experience to help many engineering teams in highly-regulated industries across the world, such as healthcare, finance and the public sector, ship to production faster and more safely.

I enjoy visiting breweries, working out, creating courses on DevOps, containers and Kubernetes, and spending time with my awesome wife!
