Denisse is a certified Organizational Coach, affiliated to ICF as PCC from Hermosillo, México. She has worked in different companies throughout her career, either inside them or as a consultant playing different roles for Technology groups.

In 2014 was asked to become a Director of Organizational Development and learned about coaching cultures, mastery, autonomy, and purpose applied in scale for a rapidly growing company. It was when she experienced coaching and decided this was her next career move.
She now helps Teams and Organizations to develop their potential and achieve their goals. In Latin America, and also the US, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
Accredited by IC-Agile as Transformational Agile Coach for the Enterprise, the Coactive Training Institute, ORSC and Positive Intelligence. She also holds other credentials such as PMP from PMI, and has trained on the Neuroscience of Anxiety and Cognitive Fitness by the Harvard Medical School online training.
