Chris Li is the Founder of SparkPlug Agility. His work in both commercial and Federal organizations gives him a unique perspective into organizational change and technical delivery in the most challenging environments. He is a Certified Scrum Trainer® and holds certifications from leading agile governing bodies, including Scrum Alliance, ICAgile, Scaled Agile, ProKanban, and Training From the Back of the Room.

Chris frequently speaks at professional events and supports initiatives of the world’s top agile organizations. He launched the Trainer Immersion Program, powered by ICAgile, designed to help new speakers and instructors design and deliver impactful learning experiences.

Chris has a passion for building up-and-coming business leaders inside and outside of the technology sector. A graduate of the Hudson Institute of Professional Coaching, he works with executives and high-potential professionals to improve their management and leadership skills, providing a forum for them to define the next step in their careers.
